Shopping Online

Yesterday and today I've done some last minute shopping for my trip to Puerto Vallarta. I can't believe how much I spent in the stores. Lately, I've been learning to become resourceful by using coupons, promo codes and such. How much I have saved is amazing! I have a web portal www.shoptoearn.net/zrubio that I've actually done my shopping on lately that allows me to earn cash back and being resourceful using promo codes and discounts from the retailers themselves has been awesome. I'm getting great discounts. My web portal is basically universal. All one needs are there at their finger tips plus eco-friendly. I can really kick myself for not having just another day or two so I could have shopped online for those last minute items! I could have easily saved at least half of what I had spent and I could have gotten cash back on top of that! It's a lessoned learned to plan earlier so I can get the most savings. I'm a mom on a budget and even if I wasn't on a budget it's so rewarding seeing the savings that I have accomplished. I believe a new trend has evolved with shopping online. It's so much more convenient and the savings are great!

Paris Jackson Speech at Michael Jackson Memorial

I saw Paris Jackson's speech on-line yesterday and what a tearjerker. It takes a lot for someone that age to have to speak on someone they just lost and not only did she do that, but in front of thousands of people live. I can only admire one that has the strength to do such a thing.

On another note, I know Michael Jackson's memorial is something he probably would have wanted, but I questioned Paris going on stage. Would Michael Jackson have liked that? Especially since he like to keep his children private and scarfed. I guess when someone passes one can only hope they make the decision their loved one would have chosen themselves. RIP Michael Jackson

Sony Vaio

I bought a Sony Vaio back in November '08 and already I've had to have the mother board replaced! I was using my computer one second and the next it wouldn't turn on for nothing in the world. The tech finally came out almost a week later and found that there was a small clamp in the computer that must have been dropped in there when being manufactured. Interesting... Now I'm glad to have my computer up and running again! Let's keep out fingers crossed that this doesn't happen again and all problems are resolved for now.

New 2 Blogging

Hello out there. I'm a 27 year old mother, married with two children that is trying to get on track with the technology that is available. I try and stay up on some of it, but I'm still outdated. I've gotten plugged into Myspace and Facebook. I've heard a lot of Twitter and blogging, but haven't attempted until now that I've set up this blogspot. I'm such a rookie that I question if my lingo is even correct. LOL I also question, how people even find blogs and will this blog get looked at? It's all very interesting and overwhelming. Too bad I don't have a book called "Blogging for Dummies"! Cheers to my new "adventure"!! :)
